Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. You can return a product for up to 15 days from the date you received it.

All courses and course materials are NON-REFUNDABLE once purchased.

Non-returnable items will include
-Online Training
-Personal care items
-Certificates

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you that we have received your item and if it’s accepted or not. After that process a refund will be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Exchanges or Replacement

We will replace items if they are defective or damaged upon customer receiving the item. If item is defective we will exchange item please email or dm us.

If you are shipping an item with high dollar amount we suggest you use a a tracking method or purchase shipping insurance.  As we cannot guarantee that we have received your returned item.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Shipping

Student kits and certificates are sent to the address listed on the registration form
the customer provided.

Processing Time

Shipping takes 5-7 business days. However, after payment is authorized and verified it can take 3-4 business days to process your order.  This timeframe doesn’t include weekends or holidays. Business days are Monday-Friday.

USPS Matters

To ensure that your package is properly delivered please make sure your address is fully entered and correct in order to receive within our time frame. Use correct abbreviations and full address. We will ship to the address provided and if returned back to us due to incorrect address, we will reship at your expense of shipping fee.

Tierra’s House Of Glam does not hold responsibility for packages once in possession of USPS. Once USPS shows having possession of the package delays or any issues with delivery are out of our control and need to be handled with USPS. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, please contact USPS directly with your tracking information.
